RUSSELLVILLE — Brian Faulkner, an agent with the Alabama Bureau of Investigation, testified Monday that on a security video he saw a man reach down, grab the hair of Leslie Plott and make a cutting motion with the other hand along her neck before she fell to the ground.

Plott, 25, was found in a culvert near the entrance to Good Shepherd Catholic Church on Jackson Avenue on the morning of Feb. 22.
