RUSSELLVILLE — A woman remains in jail after deputies reported finding filth, animal feces and a “smog” of chemical residue from spray cans of paint inside an apartment with the woman’s 2-year-old daughter, officials said.

Christy Hallman, 25, 514 Van Buren St., S.W., Apt. 1, Russellville, is charged with chemical endangerment of a child, which is a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, which is a misdemeanor, Franklin County Sheriff Shannon Oliver said.
