FLORENCE — Two people have been arrested after stolen credit cards were used for a shopping spree.

Amanda Delaine Eckles, 27, 961 Crestview Court, Florence, was charged with two counts of second-degree theft of property and six counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, and Jimmy Lee Franklin, 24, same address, was charged with second-degree receiving stolen property and second-degree hindering prosecution, police said.
