WAYNESBORO, Tenn.
Two face burglary, theft charges
Authorities said two men have been charged in connection with the March 16 burglary of a Cypress Inn residence.
David Bauer, 35, 4055 Hayes Branch Road, Cypress Inn, Tenn., and Bradley Eugene "Bubba" Lard, 28, 90 Haddock Lane, Florence, were each charged with aggravated burglary and theft of property of more than $10,000.
Wayne County Sheriff Ric Wilson said the two are accused of taking a four-wheeler, tools and an air compressor from the residence on Copper Ridge Road on March 16.
The sheriff said many of the items have been recovered, however, the four-wheeler is still missing.
He said the four-wheeler is a bright yellow, Honda TRX 500 and has a identification number of 1HFTE310054005603. The vehicle also has a GPS system and bullet hole mag wheels.

Christie Leigh Brewer, 28, 300A Elledge Loop, Tuscumbia; grand jury indictment for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and third-degree theft of property.
Matthew Bradley King, 26, 1235 Hermitage Drive, Florence; second-degree receiving stolen property.
Jazqueline Marie Campbell, 44, 2126 McBurney Drive, Florence; criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree theft of property and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jennifer Marie Cundiff, 21, 794 Weakley Creek Road, Lawrenceburg, Tenn.; theft of property, criminal trespassing and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Vanessa Lynne Hallmark, 48, 2420 College St., Leighton; unlawful possession of a controlled substance and carrying a pistol without a permit.
Florence police
Larry N. Johnson, 36, 705 Laurel St., Florence; unlawful possession of a controlled
substance.
Sheffield police
Lathan Anderson Handley, 23, 305 Monroe Ave., Muscle Shoals; unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Kenneth Eugene Hallmark, 46, 500 11th St., Sheffield; unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
REPORTS
Muscle Shoals police
Theft: A wallet, $68 in cash, credit cards and Social Security cards were taken from the Northwest Council of Local Governments building at Northwest-Shoals Community College.
Theft from automobile: A purse, $40 in cash, checks, a pair of silver diamond earrings, $200 in coupons and cigarettes were taken from a vehicle parked in the parking lot of Stagger Lee’s lounge on Alabama 20.
Theft: A washing machine was taken from a residence in the 1500 block of Second Street.
Burglary: Four spray guns, a drying lamp, parts washer and dryer, ratchets, wrenches, screwdrivers, a toolbox, air tools, Yamaha wheels, two vehicle grills, valve covers, a bumper and other equipment was taken from a business in the 600 block of Tyler Avenue.
Theft: Bed sheets and 10 bath towels were taken from a room at the Best Western Motel on Woodward Avenue.
Theft: A 15-speed bicycle was taken form a residence in the 400 block of Jackson
Avenue.
Burglary: Two wedding bands, two solitaire rings and a diamond cluster ring were taken from a residence in the 2000 block of Edwards
Avenue.
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle: A 1991, gray Nissan Sentra was taken from a residence in the 200 block of Lewis Street.
Theft: Two packs of mixed beads, three marble beads, two pairs of earrings, four mini charms and gold-finished jewelry were taken from a business in the 500 block of West Avalon Avenue.
Colbert sheriff
Theft: Two class rings were taken from a residence on South Wilson Dam Road, Muscle Shoals.
Theft: A safe, wallet, $80 in cash and more than 100 prescription drugs were taken from a residence on Blue Road, Tuscumbia.
Sheffield police
Theft: Four candy bars and a bag of snacks were taken from a business in the 3000 block of Jackson Highway.
Theft: A 12-inch speaker and a 12-inch speaker box were taken from a vehicle parked at Long Lowe Apartments on South Columbia Avenue.
Property damage: A 2004, tan Ford Focus was damaged while parked in the 200 block of West 10th Street.
Burglary: A weed trimmer was taken from a residence in the 1300 block of Southwest Eighth Street.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle: A purse and contents were taken from a vehicle parked at a parking lot off Ashe Boulevard.
Theft: A 1994 Honda three-wheeler was taken from a residence in the 100 block of Watts Bar.
Theft: Two microphones, amplifiers and other sound equipment were taken from a business in the 3900 block of North Jackson Highway.
Theft: Two packs of ribeye steaks were taken from a business on Jackson Highway.
Theft: Ten gallons of gas were taken from two vehicles and a lawn mower at a residence in the 200 block of East Douglas Avenue.
Burglary: A cell phone and $80 in cash were taken from a residence in the 300 block of Seventh Street.
Theft: Two vehicle expiration stickers were taken from a car parked in the 400 block of Austin Avenue.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle: A CD player was taken from a car parked in the 1100 block of Southwest 14th Avenue.
