UCP says thanks

On behalf of United Cerebral Palsy of Northwest Alabama, thank you to everyone who so generously supported our 44th annual telethon on March 16 on the Valley's CW.
Thank you to the Florence Civitan Club for all their work in preparing for the telethon, soliciting donations, lifting heavy furniture, hanging drapes and building our set for yet another year. Thank you to all the other volunteers who came to emcee, provide refreshments, answer phones, count money, operate cameras, or run their legs off carrying pledges from one place to another. Thanks to all those individuals who were in "jail" or were a "VIP" for asking their friends, family and community to support us again this year.
But most of all, thanks to all of you who opened your hearts and wallets to give to the telethon again this year. Thank you for caring enough to reach out and help your friends and neighbors by giving your hard-earned money to UCP of Northwest Alabama so that we can continue to provide free therapy and help to families for our 44th year.
