REPORTS
Colbert sheriff
- Theft: A yellow and green riding lawn mower was taken from a residence on Water Street, Tuscumbia.
- Theft: A 14-foot black utility trailer was taken and an iron gate was damaged at a residence on Alabama 247, Tuscumbia.
- Theft: A hot tub, 900 feet of wire, 100 feet of copper tubing and 20 scaffolding sections were taken from a residence on Lakewood Drive, Muscle Shoals.
- Burglary: A television was taken and wiring from a security camera and a door were damaged at a residence on Turkey Farm Road, Leighton.
- Burglary: Two shotguns, laptop computer and a battery charger were taken from a residence on Frankfort Road, Tuscumbia.
Tuscumbia police
- Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle: Three bottles of prescription pills were taken from a vehicle parked at Spring Park.
- Burglary: A DVD player and clothing were taken from a residence on West Second Street.
- Burglary: A wallet containing $80 in cash and identification, along with a .25-caliber pistol and prescription pills, were taken from a residence on Old Lee Highway.
ARRESTS
Florence police
- Robert Andrew Rhodes, 24, 450 Lauderdale 236, Florence; second-degree burglary and third-degree theft of property.
- Authur Cortez Martin, 27, 1103 Blake Apartments, Sheffield; giving false information to a police officer, carrying a pistol without a permit and carrying a concealed weapon.
Colbert sheriff
- Tony Martinez, 24, 216 Barton St., Russellville; illegal possession of a credit card.
