Jennifer Lee Hampton, age 21, of Muscle Shoals, Ala., passed away suddenly Sept. 27, 2008. Jennifer was a member of Bethel Grove Baptist Church. She was a 2007 graduate of Waterloo High School, where she was homecoming queen and voted Most Dependable by her classmates.
Jennifer loved children and the elderly. Her great-grandfather, Owen C. Balentine, maternal grandmother, Mary Lou Crowden, and paternal grandfather, Glenn Peeden, preceded her in death.
Jennifer is survived by her mother, Cynthia Senn; stepfather, Tim Senn; sister, Chrissy Behel (husband, Troy); twin sister, Michelle Hampton (fiance, Robbie Guyton); sister, Jessica Peeden; sister, Amanda May (husband, Chris); great-grandmother, Lenola Balentine; nieces, Katelyn and Brooke Behel; nephew, Cameron Peeden; special uncle, Scotty Balentine; special longtime friend, Nicky Duncan; several cousins, aunts and uncles, many friends and co-workers.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008, at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights, at 12081 Highway 20 in Florence, with a memorial service to follow at 7 p.m. Private graveside services and interment will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jennifer Hampton Fund at Suntrust Bank.
Morrison Funeral Home is serving the Hampton family.
