MOULTON

Man arrested 4th time in 2 years

A Moulton man has been arrested on drug-related charges for the fourth time in the past two years.

James Lee Key, 69, 1021 Main St., was arrested on two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance and two counts of failure to affix tax stamps, said Lawrence County Sheriff Gene Mitchell.

Mitchell said the arrest stems from illegal sales of hydrocondone pills.

The sheriff said investigators got information that Key was involved in illegal drug sales not long after he was released from jail the last time.

Key was in the Lawrence County Jail on Friday without bail.
