Florence police
Theft: A CD player, tool belt with hand tools, hard hat, diamond earrings, a pair of pink diamond earrings, clothes, approximately 40 CDs and a 1993 green Mercury Cougar were taken from a residence in the 500 block of South Court Street.
Criminal mischief: A large window was damaged at a residence in the 3800 block of Chisholm Road.
Theft: A red 1996 Chevrolet C1500 four-wheel drive truck with a dark blue camper shell was taken from a parking lot in the 1900 block of Florence Boulevard.
Burglary: A power drill and carrying case, cordless drill, flashlight and batteries, jig saw and carrying case, a quick-set drill bit set, reciprocating saw and circular saw were taken from a residence in the 300 block of Chisholm Road.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle: A leather tool pouch with tools, socket set, radio, tool box with tools, ratchets and a drill set were taken from a pickup in the 100 block of Cox Creek Parkway.
Theft: A debit card was taken from a business in the 3500 block of Cloverdale Road.
Theft: A license plate was taken from a vehicle in the 200 block of Marengo Street.
Property damage: A 2008 red Ford F-150 truck and a mailbox were damaged at a residence in the 200 block of Tree Line Court.
Sheffield police
Theft: A solar light was taken from a residence in the 3000 block of East 18th Avenue.
Theft: A white gold necklace was taken from a business on South Montgomery Avenue.
Theft: Cash totaling $650 was taken from a residence in the 800 block of Nashville Avenue.
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle: A 2003 yellow Dodge Neon was taken from a residence in the 400 block of Pittsburgh Avenue.
Criminal mischief: A storm window and exterior windows were damaged at a residence in the 1200 block of Robertson Boulevard.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle: A .25-caliber pistol, a seven-inch knife and flashlight were taken from a car parked in the 1700 block of Tennessee Street.
