- Johnny Ray Aaron, 47, Holiday Plaza Apartments, Russellville; second-degree theft of property.
Colbert sheriff
- Shawn Christopher Gray, 29, 308 Edison Ave., Muscle Shoals; grand jury indictment for first-degree possession of marijuana.
- William David Weems, 54, 365 Chess Lane, Tuscumbia; unlawful distribution of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
- Donna Collins Wadkins, 37, 820 Keller Lane, Tuscumbia; two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Lawrence (Tenn.) sheriff
- Ricky Lynn Hill, 36, 2893 Lawrence 316, Trinity; discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle and domestic violence third-degree assault.
REPORTS
Colbert sheriff
- Theft: A television, 50 sterling silver rings, diamond ring, heart necklace, small diamond necklace and several turquoise rings were taken from a residence on Underwood Mountain Road, Tuscumbia.
- Burglary: A 2004 four-wheeler and a number of hunting items were taken from a residence on Cotton Town Lane, Leighton.
- Burglary: A .38-caliber pistol and a .22-caliber pistol were taken from a residence on County Line Road, Leighton.
- Theft: Two 37-inch televisions, a laptop computer, DVD player, cash and a PlayStation2 game system were taken from a residence on Spring Valley Road, Tuscumbia.
Tuscumbia police
- Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle: A 1300-watt amplifier was taken from a 2002 Chevrolet that was parked on Sixth Street.
- Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle: A purse, debit card, credit cards and cash were taken from a 2007 Chevrolet Malibu that was parked at a business on U.S. 72.
Florence police
- Burglary: Five computer games, game controllers and a Xbox 360 game system with multiple controllers were taken from a residence in the 200 block of east Hawthorwn Street.
- Theft: A Yamaha four-wheeler and two cordless drills with battery sets were taken from a residence in the 2000 block of Conway Street.
- Burglary: A hide-a-key box and key were taken from a residence in the 200 block of Davis Street.
- Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle: A stereo was taken from a 1993 Chevrolet C1500 truck that was parked in the 2200 block of Windcrest Drive.
- Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle: A radio was taken from a maroon and gray 1995 Isuzu Trooper LS that was parked in the 2200 block of Windcrest Drive.
- Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle: A tool set, 4-ton floor jack and 4-foot level were taken from a red 1989 Chevrolet C1500 truck that was parked in the 1100 block of Bradshaw Drive.
- Theft: A 1992 blue Mercury was taken from a residence in the 100 block of South Cypress Street.
- Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle: A white purse, makeup, personal items and keys were taken from a 1997 Chrysler Sebring that was parked in the 300 block of Cox Creek Parkway.
- Theft: A skill saw, hammer drill, a drill motor, 12-volt rechargeable drill, tool belt with various tools and miscellaneous tools were taken from a residence in the 100 block Blaze Drive.
