Lelton T. Tingle

Lelton Theo Tingle, 79, of Russellville, Ala., passed away Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009, at his residence.
Mr. Tingle lived most of his adult life in Franklin County. He was a member of Eastside Church of Christ and was retired from Ford Motor Co.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, with Jack Henson, Billy Hurst and Brad Rush officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memory Gardens. Visitation was Monday.
Survivors include daughter, Patricia (Billy) Hurst, Phil Campbell, Ala.; son, John Tingle, Sumter, S.C.; brother, J.B Tingle, Addison, Ala.; sisters, Anna Wallace, Hartselle, Ala., Dale (Edsel) Martin, Addison, Ala., Gail (George) Johansen, Decatur, Ala.; grandchildren, Emily (Brad) Rush, Phil Campbell, Ala., Amanda Hurst, Henderson, Tenn.; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by parents, John and Margaret Corum Tingle; wife, Jo Nell Tingle; and brother, Aubrey "Slim" Tingle.
Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, is directing.
