Mary S. Holt

Mary Sue Holt, 60, of Florence, passed away Nov. 5, 2009, at ECM Hospital after an extended illness.

She was a member of Bethel Berry Church of Christ.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009, at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009, in Greenview Memorial Chapel, with burial following in Rogers Chapel Cemetery. Officiating will be Jerry Campbell.

Mrs. Holt was preceded in death by her husbands, Sonny Simms and Eddie Holt; son, Eddie "Buger" Holt; parents, Richard and Ruby Nard; and a brother, J.C. Nard.

She is survived by her partner of nine years, L.C. Stewart; brothers, W.D., James, Robert, Kenneth and Aaron Nard; sisters, Judy Young, Kathy Stutts and Clara West; grandchild, Wesley Holt.

Pallbearers will be Grady Stutts, Danny Stutts, Nathen Nard, Tim West, Jamie Pigg and Donald Stewart.
