1 killed after Florence party; suspect surrenders to police

FLORENCE - A Sheffield man was killed early today after getting into an argument with another man at a party, police said.
Rudy Stanback, 33, 2513 14th St., Sheffield, died at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital just after 2 a.m. He was shot once in the stomach and once in the left shoulder with a small-caliber handgun, authorities said.
The shooting occurred inside a house at 424 W. Irvine Ave., police said The house is at Irvine and Locust Street in downtown Florence.
Vincent Lavert Ingram, 30, the man who witnesses described as the shooter turned himself in to authorities at 1:15 p.m. today
Authorities said murder warrants were issued against Ingram at about 10 a.m.
