William Henry Mance, 44, 644 Lawrence 414, Town Creek; first-degree theft of property.
Christopher Shane Simpson, 29, 2600 Lauderdale 69, Killen; eight counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of marijuana, chemical endangerment of a child, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a pistol without a permit and carrying a concealed weapon.
Colbert County sheriff
Randy D. Jackson, 49, 1549 Ontario St., Memphis; unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

A lawn mower was taken from a residence on Grey Oak Road, Russellville.
Two roofing nail guns were taken from a residence on Marthaler Lane, Leighton.
A 1991 GMC Sierra truck that had been reported stolen was recovered on Second Street, Muscle Shoals.
Lauderdale County sheriff
A residence in the 300 block of Rocky Ford Lane, Florence, was damaged.
Checks were taken from a residence in the 200 block of Hazelwood Lane, Florence.
Assorted medications were taken from a residence in the 300 block of Lauderdale 50, Anderson.
A Honda four-wheeler was taken from a residence in the 5000 block of Lauderdale 94, Florence.
A pack of cigarettes and two bottles of pills were taken from a residence on Family Drive, Florence.
A .12-gauge shotgun and a .20-gauge shotgun were taken from a residence in the 500 block of Lauderdale 503, Lexington.
A debit card was taken from a residence on County Line Road, Anderson.
A glass window was broken out of Waterloo High School; nothing was reported taken.
A GPS unit, saw, drill, red handle axe, small sledge hammer, two hammers and a tool box with assorted tools were reported taken from a residence in the 200 block of Hazelwood Lane.
Four light bulbs were taken from the Underwood-Petersville Community Center on Lauderdale 7, Florence. Also, a light fixture and a sign were damaged.
A Honda four-wheeler was taken from a residence in the 400 block of Chandler Drive, Florence.
Assorted jewelry, change and postage stamps were taken from a residence in the 1000 block of Lauderdale 50, Rogersville.
Pipe drain cleaner was taken from a truck parked on Lauderdale 8, Florence.
Two money drawers, $300 cash and 10-15 spools of wire were taken from a business on U.S. 72, Rogersville.
Florence police
Credit cards, debit cards, Social Security cards, insurance cards, $20 in cash, a wallet and other items were taken from a 2004 red Chevrolet Cavalier parked at Logan's Roadhouse.
A vehicle license plate was taken from a 1997 green Mercury Mountaineer parked in the 200 block of North Pine Street.
A black leather purse, Food Stamp card, military insurance card, driver's license and Medicaid cards were taken from a 2005 maroon Chevrolet Trailblazer parked in the 200 block of Azalea Drive.
Two laptop computers, a PlayStation3 with controller and cables, an Xbox 360 with two controllers and cables and two computer games were taken from a residence in the 600 block of Sweetwater Avenue.
A Verizon Wireless card, an external hard drive and other electronic equipment were taken from a business in the 700 block of South Seminary Street.
