Colbert County sheriff
Paul Richard Willis, 30, 60 Valley View Road, Tuscumbia; grand jury indictments for second-degree theft of property and two counts of third-degree burglary.
Maxine Joann Hawkins, 25, 477 Fairview Road, Russellville; grand jury indictment for second-degree promoting prison contraband.
Lauderdale drug task force
Michael Mark Myrick, 34, 906 Lauderdale 281, Florence; unlawful possession of a controlled substance and attempting to commit a controlled substance crime.
Carolyn Sue Simpson, 36, 3202 Huntsville Road, Apt. 7, Florence; attempting to commit a controlled substance crime and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Sheffield
A silver Volvo’s roof, windshield, passenger front window, map light and rear view mirror were damaged while parked in the 1500 block of S.E. Eighth Avenue.
A cell phone was taken from a business in the 3800 block of Hatch Boulevard.
A window and window frame, gold and pearl jewelry, $1,800 cash and foreign coins were taken from a residence on the 1900 block of Crestline Avenue.
A 1997 C-1500 four-door was stolen from a residence in the 1500 block of Crestline Avenue.
Several items were taken from a residence in the 2900 block of Jackson Highway, including $700 in currency, office desk, computer tower, computer monitor, telephone, three windows and peg board.
A boy’s bicycle was taken from the 1100 block of South Atlanta Avenue.
A 2003 white Mitsubishi Galant was damaged while parked in the 3000 block of East 19th Avenue.

A white gold necklace, a black and white bead necklace and peace sign necklace were taken from a 1998 silver Chevrolet Blazer that was parked in the 700 block of North Milton Street.
Coins totaling $100 was taken from a residence in the 400 block of Gann Boulevard.
A cluster diamond ring, Masonic gold ring, a gold necklace, prescription pills, a knife collection and $500 in cash were taken from a residence in the 400 block of Northeast Commons.
A 1998 Ford Mustang was damaged while parked in the 300 block of South Washington Street.
A 2008 Ford Focus was damaged while parked in the 400 block of North Milton Street.
A motorcycle helmet was taken from the 400 block of U.S. 43.
A 19-inch television, bed, mattress, box spring and shelving unit were taken from a storage facility on Gann Boulevard.
A debit card and $100 cash were taken from a residence in the 300 block of East Hobson Street.
Four DVD players were taken from the 700 block of Trenholm Memorial Drive.

A 52-inch television, two 20-gauge shotguns, two 12-gauge shotguns, Xbox game console, controllers and assorted games were taken from a residence in the 7000 block of Lauderdale 8, Waterloo.
