For more than 100 years, the TimesDaily has been serving the readers of Lauderdale, Colbert, Franklin and Lawrence counties along with parts of Marion and Winston counties in Alabama. We also circulate in parts of southern Tennessee and northeast Mississippi. The TimesDaily is owned by the New York Times Regional Media Group, a subsidiary of the New York Times Company.

Obituaries
Brief, one-time notices of deaths are published in the TimesDaily and placed on our Web site at no charge. Obituaries, including funeral details and schedules, survivors and other personal information, are paid notices and may be placed by funeral directors on behalf of the family. Death notices and obituaries can be submitted online by filling out the appropriate form:

  • Death notice submission form These forms are available for your convenience. If you wish to submit an obituary or death notice that you already have typed in paragraph form, simply email the text to us in its entirety to Obituaries@timesdaily.com. Obituaries and death notices can also be faxed to (256) 740-4717. Obituaries will be accepted only from funeral homes, or from an individual only when legal documentation is presented at our office, of that individual's Executor status over the estate of the deceased. Funeral homes which do not yet have a billing account established with TimesDaily should call Anna Gibson at 740-4737, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to arrange pre-payment or to set up an account for billing.

    Print the Celebrations Wedding Announcement form and bring it along with a photo if desired to the TimesDaily office. For more information please call 256-740-5802.
    Engagements: Have an engagement announcement you would like to share?
    Print the Celebrations Engagement Announcement form and bring it along with a photo if desired to the TimesDaily office. For more information please call 256-740-5802.
    Anniversaries: Have an anniversary announcement you would like to share?

    Births: Have a birth announcement you would like to share?

    Circulation
    The TimesDaily is committed to getting newspapers to our readers as early as possible. If you do not receive your newspaper by 6 a.m. Monday through Saturday or 7 a.m. Sunday, please call our customer service center at 740-5760 before 9 a.m. and we will gladly deliver a replacement copy. Circulation Customer Service: 740-5760 Single Copy Issues: Willie Walker, 740-5784.
    Subscribe
    To subscribe, click here, or call 740-5760 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Home delivery rate: $12.50 for four weeks. Subscription by mail: $17.52 for four weeks. Rates include state and local taxes.
    Commercial printing

      In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks to a creamy consistency.
      Temper the yolks into the milk mixture, constantly whisking.
      Remove from the heat and add the cheese.
      Whisk until incorporated.

      Ok, I think the real question is:

      If you are traveling to lunar way and one of your sails fall off, how many pancakes does it take to cover a doghouse?
