Hailing from the Muscle Shoals area of North Alabama; this is a band that
has been dubbed "The Busiest Band In The Shoals" by playing over 100 shows
in 2005.
They have a sound, show and presence that cannot be ignored. The music mainly derives from the pen of Michael Ledbetter himself with lyrics that recall childhood and past experiences.
Ledbetter features the Zappa-influenced guitar playing of Browan Lollar and the fusion-funk keyboard and trumpet playing of Zach Gooch, complemented by the solid groove forged by Steve Chandler on guitar, Daniel Ledford on drums and Zach Thomas on bass.
A hint of "psychadelic sauce" and an array of ethereal effects with identifiable and honest songwriting, leave audiences singing along and dancing to the innovative sound created by six individual musicians, melting into one Ledbetter.
