RUSSELLVILLE — Franklin County Sheriff Shannon Oliver said a former Chicago man who had been staying in a shed outside of Phil Campbell for a couple of years has been charged with bestiality.
Oliver said Russell Meyers, 43, Franklin 143, Phil Campbell, is charged with four counts of bestiality.
