Survey shows state ranks high for business climate
Northwest-Shoals Community College President Humphrey Lee has a variation to the famous line in the movie "Field of Dreams."
"If we build the work force, industry will come," said Lee, when told about Alabama's high ranking in an annual "Site Selection" magazine survey.
