Children’s coat, toy drive today

The Salvation Army, in conjunction with Wal-Mart, is holding a children’s coat and toy collection drive today, beginning at 9 a.m.

Donations to the Fill-A-Truck effort may be made until 5 p.m. at Wal-Mart stores in Florence, Muscle Shoals and Russellville.

Only new items will be accepted. They will be distributed to needy families during the holidays.
