Recent sentencing in Lauderdale County Circuit Court.

  • Gregory Shane Baskins, 23, 214 Trade St., Florence; attempted burglary; sentenced to 12 months, split, 90 days in work release, the rest on probation.

  • Kathy Wright Baker, 47, 309 Marlin St., Russellville; second-degree theft of property; sentenced to 31 months, split with 15 days in jail, then placed in the community correction program.

  • Travis Franklin Brown, 27, 1672 Alabama Ave., Birmingham; first-degree theft of property; sentenced to 24 months, split with six months to serve and the remainder on probation.

  • Latarus Durant Decatur, 37, 1118 E. 11th St., Tuscumbia; domestic violence third-degree harassment; sentenced to 12 months and placed in the court-ordered domestic violence program.

  • Colin Bert Phillips, 35, 125 Armory Lane, Savannah, Tenn.; unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance; sentenced to 12 months, placed in the community corrections program.

  • Aaron Jamar Robinson, 20, 1803 Seventh Place N.W., Birmingham; attempted sexual abuse; second to 12 months and must register as a sex offender.

  • Tommie Leo Scruggs III, 35, 3638 Chasewood Drive, Apartment 6, Huntsville; theft of property; sentenced to 12 months, split with 30 days to serve in work release.

  • Clifton Lamar Thompson, 50, 917 Pruitt St., Florence; unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia; sentenced to 12 months, placed in community corrections program.

  • Ted Tid Tidwell Jr., 21, 502 W. Ford St., Muscle Shoals; attempted breaking and entering; sentenced to two years, split with six months to serve in work release.

  • Shaun Acoff, 43, 320 N. Crown St., Florence; domestic violence third-degree assault; sentenced to two years, suspended and placed in the court-mandate domestic violence program.

  • Edward O'Neal Davis Sr., 58, Lombardy St., Apartment C, Florence; unlawful distribution of a controlled substance; sentenced to 130 months.

  • Brandon Jamal Harden, 25, 1387 Lauderdale 107, Killen; unlawful possession of a controlled substance; sentenced to two years, suspended placed on probation for five years.

  • Marcus Maurice Jackson, 24, 1699 Neil Morris Road, Tuscumbia; second-degree forgery; sentenced to 13 months, suspended, placed on probation for two years.

  • Annis Michelle Littleton, 25, purchasing pseudoephedrine; sentenced to 12 months, suspended for two years.

  • Landon Shade McDaniel, 23, 182 Briarwood Road, Blountsville; unlawful possession of a controlled substance; sentenced to 32 months, suspended for five years and placed in the community corrections program.

  • Patrick Aaron Pennington, 37, 569 Ridgecrest Lane, Killen; domestic violence third-degree assault; sentenced to 12 months, suspended and placed in court-ordered domestic violence program.

  • William Lee Stults, 25, 20336 Lauderdale 8, Florence; domestic violence third-degree assault; sentenced to 12 months, suspended and placed in the court-ordered domestic violence program.

  • Brian Carroll Thompson, 42, 426 N. Broadway St., Florence; theft of property; sentenced to 12 months, suspended, placed on probation for two years.
