LAWRENCEBURG, Tenn. — A Lawrenceburg man on probation for a 2011 statutory rape conviction is back in jail after reportedly having sex with the girl again and having nude photos of her on his cellphone, officials said,

Clinton Brant Neal, 19, Maddox Town Road, Lawrenceburg, is charged with two counts of statutory rape, two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, Lawrenceburg police detective Capt. Don Laws said this morning.

Laws said Neal was arrested on the charges late Monday. He said the allegations involve a 15-year-old girl.

"It's the same girl he was having a relationship with when she was 13, the last time he was arrested and convicted," Laws said.

Neal is being held in the Lawrence County Jail on bail of $141,000.
