More fair taxes needed

A recent letter is another example of the hateful uninformed Republicans way of thinking. The writer expects everyone, especially you, to spout his grossly uninformed ideas. He really believes the rich should not pay their fair share of taxes.

For the rich to get rich, they had to take it from you and me, and other working people. Look at all of them, Wal-Mart, gas companies that are not even

American owned, and any other one you want to name.

They are getting their money from us.

Congressmen from Alabama have signed the no tax pledge with Grover Norquist. Did they sign a pledge to look out for your best interest before anyone else?

Then why are you voting to send them back to Congress?

I have news for Alabama's poor, Republican voters.

Sucking up to rich senators and representatives is gaining you nothing. This state and country need to replace these greedy rich Republican officials who run everything, specifically the tax system, to pad their own pockets with some Democrats who put the people before profits.

If you read or watch something other than Fox news, then you noticed the information recently that shows our country does best when taxes are more fair.
