RUSSELLVILLE — State and local authorities are back at a residence on Wilson Boulevard this morning continuing the painstaking task of searching an area where they have been told an infant was buried.
Emergency personnel worked all day Thursday digging and sifting through a 6-by-6-foot area of dirt trying to find any evidence that a baby may have been buried at the residence.
Authorities said cadaver dogs along with ground-penetrating radar would be used at the area again today to help with the search.
Authorities were led to the residence after they received information that a baby had been born at the house, lived only a few hours and was buried in the yard.
No evidence of that was found Thursday.
