Take responsibility

U.S. Sen. John McCain said the GOP should stop fighting against abortion. He said it was an economic issue and a national security issue. As usual, McCain isn’t thinking with the brain God gave him.

Too many women think it’s their right to kill an innocent, unborn child, who has done nothing. It did not ask to be created. It certainly didn’t ask to be killed by the hand of the very person who is supposed to protect him — its parent.

Some women call abortion a right. God says killing anyone, except in self-defense, is a sin. Wow, those unborn children must be dangerous, ladies!

If women (and men) would stop having sex outside of the sanctity of marriage and risking unwanted pregnancies, the babies wouldn’t be created and you wouldn’t feel the urge to kill them. If married couples who don’t want children would use a condom, it would solve the problem on that front, too.

The plain fact is this: take responsibility for your actions. If you’re man or woman enough to engage in sex, be man or woman enough to own up to the consequences, intended or not. So many children are aborted who could be adopted into loving families who are unable to have children.

Stop using abortion as birth control. If you don’t want to be pregnant, stop doing what causes it.
