My husband had surgery at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital on Nov. 12. We had been told “You don’t want to go there, they treat you awful!” Well, my husband and I want everyone to know that is not true.
He had hip replacement surgery. This was the first time he has ever had to spend any time in the hospital, and he was really nervous. The staff on the second floor was the cream of the crop. They treated my husband like he was the only patient they had. They showered him with tenderness, kindness, respect and gentleness. When he was feeling bad, they would do their best to cheer him up. His last day there, they came in the room and were joking and kidding with him.
So if you want to be treated with kindness and respect, my husband I highly recommend ECM.
