• Robert K. Aparicio, 48, 211 W. Lee Ave., Florence; second-degree possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of cocaine.

• Jimmy D. Behel, 35, 318 Lauderdale 7, Florence; unlawful possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Joshua Lloyd Daugherty, 33, 1236 Lauderdale 24, Florence; unlawful possession of a controlled substance, and attempting to elude law enforcement.

Sheffield police

Criminal mischief

• A stone bench in the 500 block of North Montgomery Avenue was damaged.

• A 2004 Chevrolet truck was damaged while parked in the 2000 block of Hatch Boulevard.

• A 2014 Ford Mustang, parked in the 2000 block of Northeast 14th Avenue, was damaged.

• Alabama football collectibles and a WiFi modem at a residence in the 100 block of Autumn Circle were damaged. 

Thefts

• Prescription medication, $24 and jewelry, including a diamond ring and a necklace with rubies, were taken from a residence in the 1000 block of Northeast 32nd Street.

• A 2003 Volkswagen Jetta was taken from the 2000 block of North Jackson Highway.

Burglaries 

• A residence in the 1300 block of Southwest 12th Street was broken into; nothing was reported taken.

Lauderdale sheriff

Thefts

• Two six-foot gates were taken from a residence in the 8000 block of U.S. 72, Killen.

• A Honda four-wheeler was taken from a residence on School House Lane, Waterloo.

• An electronic learning pad was taken from a residence in the 2000 block of Lauderdale 24, Florence.

• A 2004 Jeep Wrangler was taken from a residence in the 1300 block of Lauderdale 316, Florence.

• A debit card was taken from a residence in the 100 block of Lauderdale 172, Florence.

• A leaf blower, a weed trimmer, a drill press and an ATV sound bar were taken from a residence on Wayne Drive, Killen.

• A 2001 Honda 250 motorcycle was taken from a residence in the 300 block of School House Lane, Waterloo.

Burglaries 

• A business in the 3900 block of Cloverdale Road was broken into; nothing was reported taken. A cash register at the business was damaged.

• A lawnmower, a deer hide, three animal pelts, an antique hatchet and a small barrel were taken from a residence in the 16000 block of Lauderdale 14, Waterloo.
