SHEFFIELD -- Shoals Habitat for Humanity's sixth group home for Arc of the Shoals was dedicated Wednesday.

The four-bedroom home located at 120 Kentucky Ave. will house three residents. Named, the Martin House, the home will have occupants within the next 60 days, according to Arc officials.

The home was funded primarily through proceeds from a golf tournament last spring with a $25,000 match from the Ruggles Foundation.
