MUSCLE SHOALS — A Muscle Shoals man accused of shooting a dog found on the property where numerous animals were found decomposing has been charged with two counts of animal cruelty, according to Colbert Animal Services Director Corey Speegle.

MAXIUM fines and penalties allowed under law for ALL 59 dead animals. Obviously, I can't say what I want to see happen to this Scum of Colbert County. How can I from Birmingham help get those harsher penalties?
