FLORENCE — The group proposing a major residential, retail and office development on Tennessee Street said the project remains a goal of theirs, and they are seeking up to $13.5 million in financial assistance from the city to make it a reality.

This project should get all the support that we can give them. This is a game changing development that could change this region and start something that could make everyone’s property values skyrocket. IE we can retire much easier, when we all make an extra 100-200k practically overnight. We need this project.
